  • BERKSHIRE FALLON HEALTH COLLABORATIVE MEMBERS: The practice is out-of-network with your insurance company however, you may still be treated in this practice.

1) To be seen, a referral from your Primary Physician is REQUIRED and must be sent to your insurance company directly from your PCP.

2) Your insurance will approve OR deny your out-of-network coverage for acupuncture.

3) Please have your PCP’s office fax a referral to Berkshire Fallon Health Collaborative FAX #: (508) 368-9700.

4) Once our office receives the approval from Fallon, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

  • MEDICARE: IF you have MEDICARE as your primary insurance, they will not cover your treatments in this practice. Click the link for more information: MEDICARE POLICIES and ACUPUNCTURE COVERAGE

  • MASK POLICY: Masks are optional however, if you feel sick or develop any new symptoms (cough, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, etc) on the days leading up to your appointment OR on the day of your appointment, please call or text to reschedule. We will not treat you if you are sick. We want to keep everyone safe and healthy this season.

We ask that you DO NOT schedule appointments for anyone other than yourself unless the person you are scheduling for is unable to do so due to medical reasons or the patient is a minor. Thank you!

Therapies such as acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Tai Chi, and shiatsu (tuina) massage, are all based on Chinese Medicine. The approach encompasses a mind-body outlook focusing on the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual influences that may impact an individuals’ health.

Lyndsey is a Nationally Board-Certified Acupuncturist and licensed to practice acupuncture in the state of Massachusetts. She earned her master’s degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture where she was trained in The Chinese Style and orthopedic techniques. While in school, she simultaneously earned a second Master’s of Science Degree in Pain Research, Education, and Policy through the Public Health and Professional Degree Programs at Tufts School of Medicine. Lyndsey specializes in the treatment of pain and stress management. She works with acute and chronic pain conditions such as low back pain and sciatica. ​
